Technical Support Engineer (Sri Lanka)

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our users, ensuring all incidents are handled effectively, efficiently and also proactively whereever possible.
You are responsible to ensure all support documentation is up-to-date and thorough. You are also responsible for coordinating with vendors for procurement and service of IT equipment as well as to distribute and maintain user related resources. Adherence to defined policies, processes and SLA’s is a must.
Skills:
• 1 + years experience in a similar capacity
• Diploma in Networking/Computer Hardware or equivalent
• Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac desktop environment setup, configuration an troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac based software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience in troubleshooting laptop and desktop hardware problems
• Experience in working with network management and monitoring systems
• Experience in working with issue ticketing systems
• Ability to create clear and concise user support related documentation
