Technical Support Engineer
We are Australia’s largest e-commerce agency made up of 140 strategic, creative and technical specialists who work in unison to deliver e-commerce solutions of the highest quality. Every team member is laser-focused on digital commerce and the technology ecosystem that supports it. We design, build & support large volume, highly scalable and engaging e-commerce solutions. Vacancies currently exist in our Netstarter Colombo Office for the above post.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate support tasks
• Constant communication with overseas team and clients
• Amazon Web Services billing and cost management
• Technical documentation
Experience:
* 2+ years of technical support & helpdesk experience
* 2+ years experience in working in a software development environment
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exposure to Amazon Web Services is a major plus
• General understanding of Webservers (IIS, Apache etc.) is an added advantage
• HTML & CSS skills are not mandatory but preferable
