The company has the following vacancy and seeks suitable applications Technical Officer – Drive Test
Selected candidate will report to Senior Engineer — Network Optimization
• Knowledge of RF parameter Optimization and improve the 2G/3G network quality
• Responsible for Azimuth, Height & Tilt changing and updating to the proper data base and maintain accurate database
• Able to use MAPINFO, TEMS PRS, M2000 and ZTE monitoring system
• Familiar with 2G/3G Traces analysis
• 2G/3G RF Problems Troubleshooting using optimization tool and Raw counters
• 2G /3G KPIs improvement experience
• Excellent customer interfacing skills for Handling 2G/3G customer complaints
• Finalizing the BTS sites by carrying out site survey (Finalizing the Tower height, antenna orientations)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• More than 3 years of Engineering diploma in telecommunication
• More than one year working experience in drive testing and report preparation
