Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for the entire gamut of Talent Identification, Recruitment, On boarding & drive employer branding process.
The ideal candidate should be 35-45 years of age who possesses bachelor degree in HRM or possess professional qualification in HRM. He/she should possess 7 to 10 years of overall experience in the HR domain with 2 years in a similar role. Exposure to Talent acquisition at middle and senior levels is a must. He/she should have a positive mindset with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
