We are the developer of “THIBUS” range of products which include financial, administrative & HR, educational, local language software solutions and mobile based software solutions and one of the fast growing IT companies in Sri Lanka.
Software/Technical Support Executives
Is responsible for investigating and responding to all customer inquiries / complaints regarding software systems offered by our company
• Degree/Higher Diploma in IT from a recognized institution or an equivalent qualification with computer background. • One year experience in ICT Solutions/ICT products.
• Experience in hardware & networking will be an added qualification
• Should have an excellent communication skills
• Age below 28 years
• Ability to interact effectively with all segments of customers
• A good team player and should be able to compete work on time
• A good knowledge in Accounting / part qualification in CTM/SLIM will be an added qualification
