1. Professional Qualifications in Secretarial or equivalent qualifications.
2. 2 years experience in a similar capacity

She should be skilled. dedicated and energetic individual who has a good understanding in general company affairs and excellent skills in both written and spoken English.

7. Well organized and willing to be trained

The job functions would be included. but not limited to the following responsibilities:

1. Managing few but important client accounts
2. Initiating and organizing important meeting for the company
3. Maintaining correspondence such important parties
4. Managing. obtaining or preparing key reports
5. Working with the team to complete special tasks
6. Preparation of letters and articles as required
