Assistant Manager – Sales and Marketing
You would have a professional qualification in marketing KIM or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years experience at management level in a similar industry. You would be called upon to lead an aggressive, accomplished sales staff and inspire their continued growth.
This position establishes and maximises revenue objectives and implements sales strate-gies, projection of our brand and market positioning. The ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker with creative ideas and have an inherent ability to develop relationships with key client/agency decision makers.
You would of course have strong sales and communication skills. Being responsible for marketing plans, on-the-job training and motivating the sales team would also be part of your duties.

Sales and Marketing Executive
You must be a strategic thinker with creativity and flair – smart and enthusiastic about selling our many distinctive products. You must be passionate about building brands and have an inherent desire to tell the world about the selling power of radio. If you can break free of the mould, then you are someone after our own heart!
A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in marketing in a similar industry is required. A CIM/ SLIM qualification would be an add. advantage.
