Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
Responsibilities:
• Greet, direct and provide relevant information to the visitors
• Operate telephone switchboard by answering, screening, forwarding calls, providing information and taking messages
• Collect, sort and distribute mails, messages and courier deliveries
• Attend to administrative tasks as and when needed
Requirements:
• Should be a pleasant and professional personality with excellent telephone etiquettes
• Should possess minimum 02 passes in G.C.E. Advanced level
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an advantage
• Minimum 01 year experience in similar capacity
• Preferably a female candidate, age below 30
