Programme Coordinator (Examinations)
Job Profile:
– Liaising with Head of Department , Invigilators / Examiners regarding all examinations
– Marking entries and drawing up examination time-table
– Ensuring special assignment arrangements appropriately managed
– Validating statistic data and processing marks with ERP system
– Co-ordination of all student requirements and handling of external and internal customer requirements effectively and efficiently
Personal Profile:
– GCE (A/L) qualification with minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in a similar organization
– Higher diploma in System designing / ICT would be an added qualification
– Any other professional qualifications and experience accepted by the IPM
– Proficiency in English and Sinhalese languages.
– Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage
– Computer literacy with ERP knowledge
Remuneration for above position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
He / She should be able to work on all weekends and long hours when required.
