Network Support Engineer (Sri Lanka)

– Respond to the network connectivity issues and resolve any wireless communications issues within the confines of the office.
– Provide user training and manage support tickets.
– Update the network maintenance manual and submit of changes to management.
– Excelling in communication, Time Management and service delivery. – Prior experiences in similar capacity, working in multi customer environment is mandatory.
Requirements & Experience
– IT Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
– Minimum 2 -3 years is Required
