Manager – Human Resources
Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance the functions related to Human Resources
• Organize and co-ordinate staff requirement, training, welfare and Human Resource development plans
• Lead and manage the office administration functions
• Liaise with government, local authorities and statutory bodies on statutory regulations and compliance requirements
• Maintain harmonious Labor Relations
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management or any other professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute
• Sound knowledge on labor laws and regulations
• Minimum 05 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Proficiency in English Language
• Computer literacy
• Age below 45
