Manager – Business Development
Benham International (Pvt) Ltd. (BI) is an established innovative Total Business Solutions Provider in Sri Lanka.
Stemming from a very strong financial and operational stronghold, BI has a proven track record in meeting the
needs of relief organizations (NGOs) and the hospitality industries in the global market place. The Organization’s
activities are primarily concentrated in baby care products, logistical arrangements, supply of apparel
requirements, general sourcing & supply and other specialized services.
Candidate for this position we are looking for is from HOSPITALITY / FMCG background with a sound knowledge in
Business Development and possess a strategic approach for plan, develop and to execute strategies for the growth
of the company. Should be able to pro-actively drive the corporate brands, market share and revenue objectives of
the organization is a key responsibility of this position whilst introducing / developing new strategies based on the
market opportunities.
Key Functions:
– Follow up on new business by coordinating requirements: identify and follow up on new brand /product development, developing new corporate businesses, negotiate and finalize supplier contracts,
– Drive sales across the organization in order to ensure the achievement of growth from new businesses as planned.
– Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities.
– Plan and coordinate all the company branding events.
– Be the spokesperson for the company in all business related official communications and represent the company at various forums.
Job Requirements:
– Part qualified or full qualified in CIM UK or SLIM SL or equivalent management qualification.
– An exposure to a finance qualification would be an added advantage.
– Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant post with a proven track record and over 5-10 years’ experience in the hospitality marketing or pharmaceutical industry.
– Age between 25-40 years.
Showroom Representative cum Cashier – O2 Positions
A suitable candidate is responsible to achieve the set sales target of the company and serving customers within the
company guidelines given.
Field Sales Representative
Candidate for this position must have a valid motor bike riding license and with minimum experience would be an
added advantage in similar category.
