Key Account Manager/Country Representative (Sri Lanka)

I am on the urgent lookout for a Key Account Manager/Country Representative for an internationally renowned Building Material supplier.
The candidate should be able to sell high end building material products.
The Candidate should have close ties with Architects/Consultants and other General Contractors, Interior Contractors, Sub Contractors.
The Candidate should also have experience in handling large government projects and tenders.
You will be responsible for creating new market opportunities for the client.
We prefer a candidate wit a BE/B.tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering but if you have the relevant job experience you will be considered.
The Ideal candidate has experience selling Elevator, Central Air-Conditioning, Ceiling Materials or any other special material product.
– Work Location: Sri lanka
– Salary: Negotiable + Vehicle and other benefits
– Training: Provided, locally and Internationally
Duties:-
– Develop Project sales for premium products such as coated glass
– Working with the Architects, builders, Consultants and Fabricators to get leads and industry information
– Work closely with the parent company and keep updated on the latest innovations and products
– Achieve given targets
The Ideal Candidate
– With a background in selling Elevator, Central Air-Conditioning, Ceiling Materials or any other special building material product
– IS a Great Salesman
– Good Communicator
– Has a lot of contacts within the construction industry
– Proactive personality
– Preferably got a BE/B.tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
– Dedicated and willing to put in those additional work hours.
