Junior Executive HR & Business Development
• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification from an accredited university/institution (NIBM/NSBM/IPM/UOC/UOK/UOJ)
• Ability to conceptualize, engage in team work and proven leadership skills.
• Analytical thinking and the capability to handle numerical data.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Ability to deliver results and be highly goal-oriented.
• Prior experience (at least 2 years) in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
Salary is negotiable based on past track records and attractive package will be offered to right candidate with more career advancement opportunities
