Internal Audit Assistant (Sri Lanka)
Employer: The HR Consortium (Pvt.) Ltd.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Carrying out Audits as per the internal audit plan & scope
– Verifying adherence to laid down processes and procedures (Standard operating procedures) of the company
– Ensuring the accuracy of data entry in the system and availability of supporting documentary evidence where relevant
– Conducting spot audits recommended by Management
– Preparing reports summarizing results and observations of audits as above carried out
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in the manufacture industry
– Degree in Accounting or Finance and/or CA Sri Lanka Corporate level followers
– Computer skills on MS Office
– High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
– Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Good communication skills in English
