JOB PROFILE:
– Coordinate and Handle all HR activities including and not limited to recruitment, Employee
relations, Payroll, Training Development, Performance Management, Health & Safety, etc.
– Develop, facilitate and implement staffing strategies & plans to ensure the right people are in
the right positions with the necessary skills to do the job.
– Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential information.
-e Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
– A minimum Diploma/Part Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized
institute.
– Must possess minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity.
– Ideal candidate would be male candidate below 40 years of age from retail/wholesale Trading
background.
– Competent female candidates are also considered.
– Should possess a good command of English, both oral & written and must be computer
literate (MS Office Application)
– Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a self-starter who can work
with minimum supervision.
