VSIS was formed in 2009 with the aim of providing best of breed ICT Solutions and Services to the Sri Lankan Market. As part of our expansion, we are looking for young and energetic personnel to join our family. The candidates for all these positions should have very good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to resolve problems and manage projects. We look for candidates who would demonstrate aptitude for learning new technologies, as well as those who have decision-making skills, as those will be crucial to the positions advertised below.
The ideal candidate should be qualified in the area of Human Resource Management with a minimum two years of experience in handling more than 100 professionals. He/She is expected to work closely with Management along with the line managers, providing them with expert guidance,coaching and support on the full range of HR activities including setting policies and procedures, evaluating terms and conditions of employment, recruitment activities etc.
