Post of Human Resource Development Manager
We seek to recruit a self—motivated, result oriented individual with strong managerial skills. for the above post.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning and development, recruitment and selection, performance management, health and safety functions of the company. He/she should be below 40 years of age and have the following competencies and attributes.
– Graduate of a recognized university or a degree in HRM
– Minimum 06 years experience in the field of HRM of which at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
– Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
– Ability to deliver/‘facilitate learning programs and activities.
– Deliver performance management programs and drive a high performance culture.
– Mentor direct reports and provide coaching to help them reach their full potential.
