HR Assistant
Job Purpose.
His / her aim is to ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employers business
aims.
Required Qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience in similar or a general Secretarial position in a reputed industry.
• Human resources management related qualifications will be an added advantage..
• Good knowledge in English (both written and spoken).
• Computer literate with Sinhala & English typing skills.
• Willing to work extra hours & weekends if necessary.
Skills:
• Knowledge in day to day job functionalities in the organization.
• Good presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Working with minimal supervision..
