Summary of Function:
As an integral member of the Marketing and Communications team, the Junior Graphic Designer works with team members and clients to provide graphic and digital media solutions.
Knowledge:
– A solid skill set in graphic design and the entire design process from concept to production;
– Ability to understand and translate a marketing/strategic briefs into engaging creative designs;
– Ability to visualize, build and create solutions, including a strong ability to execute creative concepts across different channels;
– Thrive on creative business challenges with ability to think outside-the-box, with ability to switch quickly between several projects driving them from start to completion;
– Strong understanding of digital and print production file preparation;
– Excellent English grammar/ spelling skills;
– Good collaborative skills and ability to add value to a team process;
– Proficiency in a wide range of computer graphics software, including: InDesign CS, Adobe
– Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator CS, Acrobat Professional, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Cinema 4D.
– Well-developed time management and organizational skills;
– Highly efficient in an extremely busy and evolving work environment or equivalent.
