Sisila Lanka – The industrial caterer with a professional and dedicated team of 800 people, is seeking the services of a dynamic and committed individual to man it’s new residential training facility in Nugegoda.
Executive – Human Resources Development
The person we are looking for would possess a university degree in Hotel and Tourism management and be under 35 years of age.
He should have the ability to train new recruits and middle level employees on technical skills in kitchen and F&B department, store procedures, food costing and basic accounting.
Drawing up structured training programs with the assistance of the senior management team, coordinating with all SBU’s and maintaining strict discipline in the residential training facility would be his responsibilities.
