Engineer/Senior Engineer – Planning & Network Optimization
Selected candidate will directly report to Senior Manager and will be required to:
• Achieve & maintain the radio network level performance from end to end, Such as Accessibility, Retain ability, Mobility & Service Integrity as an expert.
• Analyzing & solving man radio network level optimization problems and critical optimization issues as an expert.
• Responsible for end to end radio network RF & parameter optimization to reduce congestion and drops, improve the IRAT handover, Soft handover, Location update, Paging, RRC connection & RAB establishment success rate in his designated area for all Voice, Video packet & High speed issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
• Responsible for making radio network optimization strategy and plan for a long term radio network optimization activity.
• Responsible for radio network team management, onsite training and improving the technical skills of team members.
Education Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors with at least 05 years of experience in 3G and 2G optimization
• HSDPA/ HSUPA optimization experience is required
• Excellent knowledge of 2G and 3G parameter optimization
• GSM and WCDMA capacity planning
• Familiar with Huawei 3G and ZTE 2G equipment’s and systems
