We are looking to add an eCommerce Customer Service Representative to our team in Colombo 04.
We are an all-hands-on-deck work environment, and you ham a daily set of tasks that stays constant but there is something new happening. We really need an individual who is VERY detail oriental a fast learner and can own the back end of a website as far as customer service and order integrity is concerned Think of n as running a virtual retail store, you will be the point person for our eCommerce customers
This job will support the MyStore.lk Ecommerce Manager with daily sales and customer service tasks Regularly answer customer inquiries by both phone and email Facilitate communication between departments, including shipping sales and marketing
Required Skills:
• Excellent critical and practical skills in writing and general communications
• Able to develop strong collaborative relationships
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a variety of service situations
• Capable of professionally and patiently servicing customers through sometimes difficult and frustrating scenarios
• Must work efficiently Ina fast paced, fluctuating environment, possessing strong organization skills and the work to multitask and prioritize successfully
• High aptitude and comfort level with technology and various services On (i.e Live chat Support tickets etc)
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel,Adobe products is a plus
• Extremely comfortable with Internet technologies and eCommerce functional.
