Customer Care Officer
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is one of the country’s foremost and leading professional organizations that has produced over 5,400 chartered accountants. The Institute provides leadership and insight to the accountancy and finance professions at a national and international level. CA Sri Lanka is also one of the country’s largest tertiary education providers outside the university system with an impressive student population of over 44,000.
The Institute is seeking friendly, pleasant and dynamic Customer Care Officer to represent the face of CA Sri Lanka.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Carry out all duties in a professional manner
* Demonstrate exceptional commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Possess good time management and follow-up skills
* Possess ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
* Demonstrate the ability to effectively resolve customer issues / complaints
* Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment
Qualifications and Experienced Required:
• GCE (A/L) together with a full or part qualification in Marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Sinhala together with sound IT skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Age: preferably below 30 years
The successful candidate will initially be offered an employment contract fort year with a competitive remuneration package in par with industry standards together with other fringe benefits.
