Vacancies Exist At Customer Services Desk Customer Care Assistants

Qualifications and Skills required:

The ideal individuals must be team players, with the determination to take Lip challenges and work in a competitive environment.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills combined with people handling techniques is expected.
A sound educational foundation with GCE Ordinary and Advance Level exams to back you up while good command of English language, is a necessity, Fluency in Sinhala and knowledge of Tamil will also be an added advantage.
– Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a necessity.
– Male/Female candidates below 25 years of age.
– School leavers may also apply, however candidates with previous experience in a similar capacity will be given preference.
