Client Support Executives – Software Company (Colombo 3)

We are an Australian based BOI approved software development company located in Colombo.
We are on the look out for talented and motivated individuals who would like to join our team of client support executives that support clients worldwide 24 x 7.
Minimum Requirements:
– Excellent in both verbal and written English
– Excellent communication skills
– Flexibility towards various work shifts including nights/weekends
– Willingness to learn and face challenges
– Ability to work independently.
The following would be an advantage:
– Previous work experience in a similar capacity
– Degree/diploma in IT
– Familiarity with any Programming Language
Those who are with exceptional communication skills and computer literacy but not necessarily with an IT background are also encouraged to apply.
