The Job:

To analyse, design, project manage and implement world class web based solutions in Microsoft technology, including HTML5, JQuery, javascript, C#/VB.NET, Microsoft SQL and SQL server reporting. You will be required to analyse, specify, design, project manage, develop, validate quality and implement the solution at the client’s premises.

– Research, Analyse, gap analysis, prepare and present requirement for product enhancements, new features and developing proof-of-concepts
– Actively participate in the design, development, QA and documentation of new product releases and manage the requirements & designs throughout the project lifecycle
– Create detailed specifications and functional product designs at varying levels of complexity and depth
– Develop internal/external training plans and content material for new features
– Develop a focus on UX and UI best practices and design patterns
– Provide product/ domain expertise and creativity, and share knowledge internally and externally)

The Requirements

– A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in business analysis, project management, producing technical specifications and implementation of the solution (preferably in an Agile Scrum environment)
– Knowledge and experience in Designing and Implementing Web based solutions including for Mobile Devices will be an added advantage
– Proven experience working with enterprise level solutions
– Proven experience in stakeholder people management, strategic planning, risk management and clear understanding of change management
– Very good interpersonal, leadership skills and taking ownership
– Very good proficiency in English (written & spoken)
– Ms Project, PMP, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, Exposure to agile & SCRUM management, CMMI, SDLC and BA certification would be an advantage.
– A university degree in computer science or Information technology or other equivalent qualification.
– A flexible approach to working under pressure and making certain the job is done is a must.
– Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
– Coding experience in .NET and strong SQL skills will be an added advantage.
– Immediate availability is an added advantage
