Action Unity Lanka (Guarantee) Limited is a non-profit, Non-Government Organization, engaged in Child and Youth Development interventions in Batticaloa District since 2011.
We wish to hire an audit firm to conduct an annual audit of financial statements, which will give the auditor their professional opinion on whether the financial statements are true and fair.
The overall objectives of the audit are;
– The auditor will perform work in accordance with applicable accounting and Auditing Standards, which encompasses financial controls, safeguarding of assets, compliance with Action Unity Lanka policies and procedures, compliance with national laws and regulations, reviewing administrative controls in the areas of the program and sponsor service and assuring that appropriate controls are in place and functioning effectively;
– The auditor will provide a complete audit report in accordance with local statutory requirements, as applicable.
– To express an opinion on the financial statements of the organization. Year of the account to be audited;
– 1″ of July 2019 – 30″ of June 2020 financial Year. December 2020.
