Assistant Production Manager (Hambantota District)
Job Profile:
– Planning, Organization, leading and controlling all the production Requirement.
– Scheduled duties for the subordinates and given frequent guidance.
– Coordinate with the management regarding the implement and changes to upgrade production.
– Overseeing the production process drawing up a production schedule.
– Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
– Ensure that product is produce on time with the expected quality standard.
– Working out the human and material resources needed.
– Monitoring production process and adjusting schedules as needed.
– Monitoring product standard and implementing quality control program.
– Liaising with other Dept.
– Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.
– Supervising and monitoring a team of workers reviewing workers performance.
Accountabilities:
– Degree or diploma in manufacturing or industrial engineering from recognized university or institution.
– More than 05 years reelected work experience of witch at last 03 years experience should be in managerial level.
– Strong leadership, interpersonal, decision making, analytical. and IT skills
– Handling a large workforce.
– Excellent oral and written skills in English language. Chinese language is advantage.
– Able to work under pressure.
– Innovative. constrictive. self-motivation are other attribute sought.
