Assistant Manager – Training & Development
Skills Required:
• Ability to successfully identify training needs of the employees
• Excellent managerial and administrative skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business/HR or other relevant field from a reputed University.
Experience:
• Around 6 years of experience in the training & development field with at least 2 years as an assistant manager
Senior Executive – Training & Development
Skills Required:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Thorough knowledge about training and development activities
• Ability to effectively communicate & negotiate
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business/HR or other relevant professional qualifications
Experience:
• More than 3 years’ of experience in training & development in a reputed company
