Accounts Assistant Male
Job Description:
An experienced individual with a sound knowledge in accounts related matters and computer literacy is a must; especially with accounting software’s & tools. Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil & English is an added advantage.
Key responsibilities:
• Reconcile financial accounts
• Maintaining spreadsheets & documentation work
• Credit control
• Sales order processing
• Managing daily post in and out
• Handling and writing cheques
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
• Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
Qualifies and Qualifications:
• AAT intermediate level with r year experience in similar capacity
• Audit experience is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of the workings of an office
• Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers and external contacts
• Good organizational skills and ability to work to, and sometime implement own processes
