Trainee Customer Support Executive
Asvinta Solutions a company which sources and deploys Technology Solutions for the Supply Chain Industry are expanding and are looking for candidates with Information Technology Degrees to be recruited as trainees to provide ongoing support to its clientele.
Upon completion of training the selected persons are expected to:
• Act as point of contact in providing support for users of Asvinta Global software products such as Calogi and Cargowise ediEnterprise on functional and operational issues towards customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a log of reported issues, for the derivation of useful statistical information, provide input for product enhancements and detect training deficiencies.
• Perform system housekeeping functions in order to ensure smooth functioning of Asvinta Global Products in the Sri Lanka market using the determined processes.
• Support functionality and quality testing of new products prior to deployment in the Sri Lanka market.
• Inform users of enhancements and changes to system functionality to optimize system usage.
• Manage conceptualization, development, deployment and support of new implementations in the Sri Lanka market to cater to varying needs of Asvinta Global Customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A Degree in IT (Candidates awaiting results are encouraged to apply)
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• A Pleasant disposition, with good communication skills
• Capability to work independently without supervision
• Exposure to the Supply Chain and Logistics Domain would be a definite advantage
