Systems Engineer – Data Center
Job Role:
• Responsible for managing multiple server/OS platforms in the data center infrastructure by coordinating with team members.
• Should manage & troubleshoot the virtual/cloud infrastructures.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot data center systems backup/restore.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidate should hold a BSc in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Good understanding in Unix/Linux platforms.
• Knowledge in VMware & Openstack.
• Experience in Symantec netbackup will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge in handling shell/perl/awk scripts.
• Be able to work in a team environment and be able to interact with team members.
• Be willing to work long hours in case of any systems issues.
