Post of Shift Manager
We are fast growing BOI Company in the apparel industry looking for a self motivated, dedicated and competent individual to join us in the capacity of Shift Manager to manage the Night Shift Operation of the factory.
Requirements:
– Experience in the capacity of Asst. Production Manager or Production Manager
– Professional qualification will be a distinct advantage.
– Ability to work in night shift for 20 -24 days per month.
– Ability to manage a team consists of supervisors and male machine operators to achieve production targets while maintaining required discipline.
– Communication skills in both Sinhalese English and Tamil would be a distinct advantage
– Computer literacy
– A flexible highly motivated proactive working style.
– Team work.
