Senior Human Resource Executive (Female) – (Colombo)

One of our prestigious clients’ who is Sri Lanka’s largest and No – 1 company for hardware is looking for Junior Graphic Designer to work in their Colombo office immediately.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in HR (2-3 years’ experience in Executive Level)
Professional Qualifications – PQHRM or Degree in HRM or similar qualification is a must
Should have good communication skills
Candidates must have experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Welfare, Grievance Handling, etc.
Should be a great team player
Should be able to work from Monday to Saturday (Saturday until 3.00pm).
Priority will be given for candidates who can join within a short notice
Should be good in Acts (Shop & Office/ Factory Ordinance, etc) and Labor Laws
SALARY – Rs. 40,000 – 60,000
