Secretary to AGM HR / Support Services
The candidate should be pleasant, dynamic, result oriented. She should possess effective communication & writing skills in order to provide efficient secretarial service and requires the ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks. Having worked as a secretary in HR department would be a definitive advantage.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Should possess 5 Credit passes for GCE O/L including Mathematics & English & GCE A/L 03 Passes
• Should possess a Diploma in secretarial practice from a recognized Institution
• Should be able to handle all Secretarial work independently with minimum supervision
• 03 years secretarial experiences in a recognized institution
• An excellent command of both English & Sinhala Languages
• Possess excellent computer literacy
• Pleasing personality with good PR Skills
• Preferably below 35 years of age
Remuneration:
A Progressive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications, experience and competence.
