Job Description:

ISM APAC SAP team is searching for SAP Basic Consultant for an in-house product development. Candidates will have technical Basis experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The main responsibility is the system maintenance and (technical) support of the SAP ECC integration with our in-house developed e-Commerce solution: Sana Commerce. Moreover, ensure that the SAP ERP 6.0 based systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment.

Furthermore, the role of the consultant would be focused on supporting multiple international customers with the installation activities throughout the project by investigating and resolving SAP system and software problems.

Another responsibility would be to write software installation guides and system support documentation and procedures as well as providing optimum technical guidance to product development team from Basis perspective ensuring adherence to standards

All in all, applicants must have experience with SAP Basis related activities for at least three years, and possess good knowledge of SAP ECC system in general.

Basic Requirements

■ Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ECC system administration
■ Expert knowledge in Add-on installation and upgrade via SAINT/SPAM
■ Expert knowledge in Packaging and releasing add-on with the Add-on Assembly Kit (SSD-C/SSDA)
■ Expert knowledge in SOA Manager/ proxy generation/ web service Sr binding creation
■ Expert knowledge in Preparation and importing TR’s via Transport Organizer
■ Expert knowledge in Maintaining SAP DEV/OS/PROD systems in sync
■ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
■ Analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
■ Ability to adopt with new systems/technologies quickly, eager to learn
■ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems or equivalent

Preferred Requirements:

■ Knowledge of SAI JANA
■ Basic knowledge of PI server
■ Familiar with SAP ABAP programming language
■ Previous experience with e-commerce
■ Basic understanding of business processes applicable to various modules in SAP – SD, PP, MM, FI/C0
■ Certified in Basis consultancy or participated in the certification of SAP AMP add-on solutions
