Our client is one of the leading Software companies which is located in Colombo.
Qualifications
– 6+ years overall testing experience with 2+ years in the capacity of a test lead.
Automation experience is needed.
– Experience in QA Automation with Selenium ,Playwright , JavaScript ,Python.
Responsibilities
– Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including performance reviews, goal setting, and skill development.
– Define and implement QA processes and best practices across the organization.
– Oversee the development and execution of all testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
– Work closely with development and product/client teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases.
– Analyze and report on the quality of software products and identify areas for improvement.
– Drive continuous improvement of the QA processes and tools
