CEAT Kelani Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. (CKHL) is a leading tyre company in Sri Lanka with dominant market share in all product categories and businesses. CKHL is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Kelani Tyres Limited (a listed company on ti e Colombo Stock Exchange) and CEAT Limited of India (a listed company n India with a significant market share and exporter of tyres to more than 10 countries).
QA Executive (Based at Kelaniya)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling daily QA activities such as process checking, quality rating & process audits
• Ensure proper execution of all procedures to keep compliance with quality standards
• Ensure incoming and in process inspections, sampling and final testing & inspection of finished products
• Assist in the development or modification of QA processes or procedures
• Handling ISO 9001 : 2008 activities, 55, Kaizen activities and up keep proper documentation
Essential Requirements:
• Below 30 years of age
• BSc (Physical Science)/NDT (Polymer) or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Quality Management from a recognized institute will be an advantage
• 2-3 Years working experience in Quality Assurance department
• Sound knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2008, 5S, Kaizen & Total Quality Management
• Confident communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages is essential
• Candidates with rubber industry experience will be preferred
