CKHL is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Kelani Tyres Limited (a listed company on the Colombo Stock Exchange) and CEAT Limited of India (a listed company in India with a significant market share and exporter of tyres to more than 110 countries).
Production Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve set operational targets
• Corrective and preventive approach to improve product quality
• Maintain & sustain the machine efficiency
• Lead, coach and engage employees/teams for improved productivity
• Contribute towards a safe working environment
• Improve quality system in the department
• Incorporate with operational excellence model
Essential Requirements:
• BSc Physical Science, NDT, HNDE or equivalent qualification(Engineering/Production)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing organization
• Computer literacy in MS office packages
• Knowledge in TPM & 55 would be an added advantage
• Age below 30 years
