Responsibilities:

– Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
– Improve the operational systems, processes and policies such as support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
– Provide strictly private and confidential administration service to the Chief Executive across the range of his work
– Support the Executive management in projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, consultation, team-management, and operations
– Facilitate meetings, taking minutes, and schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented
– Co-ordinate all senior management travel arrangements
– To liaise positively and professionally with colleagues and visitors
– Attend to public relations, phone calls, diary management and secretarial duties, appointment management, vendor/supplier management, human resources support and document management
– Conduct other office management tasks

Skills and Qualifications

– A smart, outgoing, high-caliber personality is a must
– Internet/Mobile/Computer Savvy and Resources for organizing one’s work
– Excellent written English and the ability to communicate at all levels
– A service oriented mindset, willing to go out of the way to help others
– Ability to work in a flexible manner – out of hours as required
– Ability to work with a sense of urgency&under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change
– The ability to pay high attention to detail to ensure that high quality work leaves the organization
– To be amiable, professional and approachable at all times
– Unafraid to travel within the country and liaise with Vendors/Suppliers
– Have leadership, interpersonal, supervisory, and decision making skills
– A degree in business management, with a class / merit pass
– Punctual,organized,hardworking, and be able to multitask
– Motor car driving license
