Officer – Procurement
Opportunity exists for a dynamic individual with experience in procurement for the Administration and Premises Department of Union Bank of Colombo PLC.
Key Responsibilities:
■ Process purchase requisitions ensuring quality purchases whilst maintaining records of same.
■ Manage and execute the end to end tender process.
■ Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
■ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a procurement related field.
■ Knowledge in supply chain software and systems, (procurement, e-commerce, materials requirements planning, electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, data base management applications) would be an added benefit.
■ Good communication skills.
