We are seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to market our embellishment services to garment buying houses and garment factories.
Qualifications
A diploma in apparel marketing or G.C.E (A/L) on commerce with certificate level course on merchandising, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in handling buyers.
Functional Competencies
Skill in product development, marketing, costing and monitoring action plans and
negotiation.
Supportive Skills
Ability to work and learn independently and excellent communication skills.
Key knowledge areas
– Knowledge of industry norms and standards
– Knowledge of relationship to marketing
– Knowledge of the methods of assessing suppliers
– Basic knowledge of IT and the ability to use computers
– High English literacy
