The Maintenance Engineer has the role of ensuring the smooth functioning of all equipment and machinery and is also responsible for negotiating with various parties in carrying out the assigned projects.
Job Qualifications:
• NCT, NDT or BSc in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
• Project management skills and the ability manage the project in the set budget.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Civil Engineering skills are also required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with contractors, consultants & architects.
• Prepare bill of quantities & cost estimation.
• Handle work related to CAPEX projects.
