Job Description:
– Experience in handling Legal Affairs, Documentation and Litigations.
– Checking legal documents and drafting legal/ corporate /civil due diligence reports.
– Appearing before courts and successfully handling matters within the purview of civil law.
– Reviewing contract, various type of contracts, joint venture agreements, Sale Agreements, Leave and License, Deed of assignment, letter of intent, Legal correspondence other legal corporate actions and other matters of group of companies.
– An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills.
– English drafting is must.
