Job Description:
Candidate must be able to speak and write in English fluently. Candidate must have computer knowledge and be able to conduct internet-based research. Candidate must be willing to handle court work.
The work will involve intensive legal research through online data bases and other resources and writing of case summaries on company law, FEMA, taxation, IPR and other corporate law issues. The work will also involve work on due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions as well as litigation and arbitration.
Experience : 2 – 5 Years
