IT Support Analyst/System Administrator (Sri Lanka)

North American Travel Services Inc is a branch office of a US based company. We operate according to North American time zones. The following vacancy has arisen in our Airline GSA Division/Operations. The ideal Candidates should satisfy the following criteria:
Requirements:
• Network & Hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory
• hands on and willing to build servers/Workstations/Laptops troubleshoot when required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with Windows Active Directory administration & Windows Server administration
• Experience with networked enterprise systems and infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Basic knowledge of VPN
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and verify backups of data
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Review application logs
• Install and test computer-related equipment
Qualification & Experience:
• Professional Qualification in IT from a recognized Institute
• 3-4 Years’ Experience in a similar capacity
• Should have good command in English
• Willing to work independently without supervision
