HR Executive (Job Ref : HRM – 009/ 2015)
We are looking for young, energetic individual with following prerequisites to be recruited as a Human Resources Executive for the Strategic Unit.
Brief summary of job description To administer and deliver all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization by means of playing a critical role in ensuring that we hire the best possible talent. This could be achieved through the development of recruiting plans such as employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new recruiting ideas.
Responsible for administration of the day-to-day operations in human resources functions and duties in recruitment a selection.
Prospective applicants should meet the following criteria:
• A Degree from a recognized University / Institution or full qualification in PQHRM from the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) Sri Lanka
• Minimum 3-4 years’ work experience
• Excellent Leadership skills / Interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to interact with all levels of staff.
• G.C.E O/L qualified with Credit pass in English and Mathematics
• GCE A/L — 2 Credit Passes
• Be Computer Literate
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English
