HR and Administration Manager
The Profile:-
– A Degree or a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
– A minimum 03 years experience in similar capacity/ work background
– Fluency in English & Sinhala Language both written & spoken
– Strong technical knowledge of HR practices and ability to innovate HR process and activities
– A dynamic and self assertive individual with excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
– Sound knowledge of all statutory regulations and compliance requirements
