Specialty Chef (Indian Cuisine) – (Preferably A Male)
The ideal candidate should possess formal professional education with a minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel local/Overseas. Should be specialized in Indian Cuisine with an open, experimental mind with an understanding of the nuances of spices, herbs, flavors and ingredients. Preferred age -below 40 years.
Specialty Chef (Chinese Cuisine) – (Preferably A Male)
The ideal candidate should possess at least GCE O/L with 5-6 years working experience in Chinese cuisine. Should possess excellent sanitation and safety knowledge with an ability to work in teams. Should be able to produce consistently high quality food production and presentation, always meeting agreed standards. Preferred age -below 35 years.
